Tuscan White Bean Spread |

2 cups prepared Cannelini Beans 5 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp chopped flat leaf parsley 2 cloves finely chopped garlic 1 tsp chopped chives salt and pepper to taste dash of balsamic vinegar Squeeze of fresh-squeezed lemon adjust seasoning to taste
Place ingredients in a small processor bowl and pulse until desired consistency is achieved. Add olive oil as needed for puree. Drizzle with olive oil before serving. Serve with fresh chopped tomatoes drizzled with Fig Balsamic, finely chopped parsley and a dash of kosher salt.
