Brandy Alexander
1 ½ oz of brandy
½ oz of dark crème de Cacao
½ oz of half and half
Pour shots and milk into a blender jar and cover with 2 oz of crushed ice. Blend for several minutes until smooth. Pour into cocktail glass garnished with chocolate rim.
This drink is made extra special at the holidays by substituting vanilla ice-cream for the half and half.
