Crab Spread Served With Golden Crustini

1 lb fresh crab meat
8 oz light sour cream
2 - 3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
2 green onions (chopped medium course)
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup mixed grated cheese
¼ c homemade bread crumbs (topping)

Combine all ingredients except crab meat and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl until well mixed. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Add fresh crab and lightly fold into mixture-allowing for large bites of fresh crab through-out mixture. Spoon mixture into greased baking dish and top with bread crumbs.

Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and rest for a few minutes before serving.

Easy Idea for Golden Crustini

Medium-sliced Semolina Bread loaf
Olive Oil
Pastry Brush and small crimped biscuit cutter

Cut two rounds from each slice of Semolina Bread and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each side of rounds with olive oil. Sprinkle each round lightly with kosher salt. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until golden. (15 - 20 minutes)
