Fresh Horseradish Sauce

½ cup freshly-grated horseradish
2 cup English Salad Cream*
1 tsp. Wasabi
½ tsp. freshly-minced garlic
1 tsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Mix ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight.

*Available online wherever English products are sold. A good substitution would be 1 cup Kewpie Mayonnaise mixed with 1 cup salad dressing.
