Roast Beef PaniniRoast Beef Panini

2 thick slices of heavy-crusted bread* (per serving)
2 tsp of cream cheese flavored with fresh chives and a small amount of wasabi
thin slices of seeded cucumbers and tomatoes
radish sprouts
roast beef (shaved) to cover bread
2 slices of Provolone Cheese per sandwich
Salt and pepper to taste

Assemble each Panini and place in preheated
Panini Grill or sandwich maker until grill marks appear on bread and cheese melts.
*Sourdough, Foccacia, or Farmer's Bread are good breads and do not get soggy.
