4 tbsp unsalted butter + 4 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp anchovy paste or 1 fillet

1 tsp lemon juice

1 garlic clove

1 shallot

1-2 tsp each green onion and fresh chives

1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley

1 tsp cajun seasoning

1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs (preferably home made)

1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
